Katie joined Circle IT in 2015 with 15 years’ experience in the water industry, before making a move over to IT. She also brought with her 15 years’ experience in Customer Services and 10 years of Managerial experience.
Joining us as Engineer Team Leader, Katie has progressed through a number of roles from Performance Manager within the HR Team to Quality and Customer Relationship Manager and most recently settling into the Service Desk Team as Head of Support. Katie’s focus at Circle IT is to drive quality of service and efficiency through the Service Desk with the aim of having positive results for our customers.
Katie has an ILM level qualification level 3 & 5 in Leadership and Management and an ILM level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring.
