The winners are awarded by the professional body for people development, supported and endorsed by an impressive list of sponsors, and judged by a panel of top HR and business professionals.
Our GOLD award for Great HR in a SME (Sponsored by Welsh Government) recognises Circle IT as a business that has transformed the way we manage and develop our people in support of the workforce and wider business objectives. Also shortlisted in this award was Chwarae Teg, Coastal Housing and Kagool.
Our SILVER award for Best In-House Team (Sponsored by Human Resourcing) recognises our People Team, who have demonstrated excellence across the organisation to meet the needs of both the business and our people. We were up against All Wales Police Force, SSCL and ONS who won the GOLD in the category.
