We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Engineer to join our team at Circle IT. Our Network Engineers form an integral part of our Technical Team who are responsible for working as part of a wider project and technical delivery team that carry-out cutting-edge networking implementations for our large and growing customer base. Our Network Engineers are also responsible for supporting the company’s network support operations centre service, ensuring that our customers are kept informed about matters relating to their network (as required), responding to inbound telephone calls, emails and service requests.
Our Network Engineers are individuals who possess strong customer service skills and mind set, with a demonstrated IT project network (and support) background (skills as detailed within the specification). The Network Engineer is also expected to support some Service Desk’s escalations with multi-user issues as required to ensure we are providing our customers with an effective IT support and managed service.
Please note this is a field position and the successful candidate will be deploying exciting, cutting edge network projects across the UK so there will be travel involved, we aim to balance this wherever possible, please call us if you require more information.
There is the requirement to carry out a full DBS check as part of this role.
