Looking for the ideal candidate to start middle November 2017 at the latest
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative Human Resources Professional to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover) as a Senior HR Advisor.
The ideal candidate will be a HR generalist, with demonstrable recruitment process and HR operational experience, that is used to working in a fast paced working environment and able to work/develop positive relationships with stakeholders of all levels (internal and external).
The successful candidate will be working in an environment where people and company culture is truly valued, and given the opportunity to develop their knowledge in HR operational areas like recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, talent management and employer brand/marketing. Owning and managing the company’s recruitment function forms a key part of this role as does managing and assisting with HR related projects.
Salary: £27-£30k, dependent on experience
