Circle IT engineering team grows

Meet the team - Mark Allford

We’re pleased to announce that the Circle IT engineering team has grown its numbers once again with the appointment of Mark Allford. Mark previously worked at the Welsh Assembly Government, where he supported their team of busy mobile Account Managers.

MarkAfter joining the helpdesk operation in October 2007, we soon recognised Mark’s valuable skills and promoted him to become a second line helpdesk engineer, which means you are now able to leverage his significant knowledge base when a more technical query needs to be escalated by our helpdesk team.

We’re constantly investing in the knowledge base of our people, and since joining Circle IT Mark has undergone several internal and external training courses related to our solution offerings, including Windows Scripting, Windows server 2003 and Cisco ICND.

Mark is also currently overseeing an important project for ourselves that involves the rollout of a new management and advanced monitoring system - an investment that will empower us with even more IT intelligence about our client’s networks.
