Circle IT hire Service Desk Analyst to be based in Amsterdam

Circle IT are delighted to welcome André to the team. André will form our on-site team at our customer site in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, as a Service Desk Analyst. He will be providing 1st Line support and assisting with any hands-on work when required at the media services company.

André joins us with a wealth of experience as a Software Specialist, Service Desk Analyst and project work including Office 365 upgrades. Having spent a week at Circle IT HQ in Cardiff, André has enjoyed meeting the team and learning our Service Desk and company-wide processes. He also had a great introduction to Cardiff, arriving on Sunday witnessing the amazing atmosphere around the Cardiff Half Marathon. André also visited the Cardiff Story Museum, Cardiff Castle and soaked up the Welsh culture around the city, he is looking forward to discovering more on his next visit!
