Circle IT is proud to announce it has been selected to become an approved services supplier for the ICT for Education framework. Via the framework, Circle IT will now be allowed to bid for projects with education customers needing to procure IT equipment.
The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework highlights firms with the right expertise and capabilities to be able to support education establishments in all of their IT needs. During the tender process, successful applicants not only had to demonstrate great value technology and services but also the ability to improve learners’ outcomes through IT.
Circle IT is one of 21 firms to be named in the ICT for Education framework. Of the 21, Circle IT is among just 11 SMEs that made the cut alongside major suppliers who have occupied the market for decades. The company stood out for its strong partnerships with vendors including Dell and Microsoft, and for its impressive education experience and expertise. About 500 new schools and academies are expected to open and sign up to the framework over the course of Circle IT’s contract, which has an estimated value of £300 million.
“Being part of this framework proves that we offer the same quality of service as some of the large IT providers who have occupied this market for decades. On top of that, our ability to be agile in the market, coupled with our depth of educational knowledge, provides schools with the flexibility and innovation they strive for, helping to create a superior learning experience for all. Through our inclusion in this framework, we will now have the opportunity to bid for large projects allowing us to demonstrate our value and deliver the personal service that our customers love to a much wider audience.” Dan Fearnley, Director of Education, Circle IT
