Carole Daws has joined Cardiff-based Circle IT to manage the company's team of 15 engineers and technical support staff.
Carole has more than 13 years experience in managing technical staff in a service desk environment. She joins Circle IT from ITV Wales, where she worked as a service desk manager with a team of more than 20 technical staff using ITIL standards to provide support to 7000 end users.
Circle IT managing director Roger Harry said: "Carole’s industry experience will enable us to increase the level of support we are able to provide to our customers, as well as better focusing our existing engineering efforts. We are delighted that she is joining us. Her appointment will help our rapid growth to continue and ensure top quality customer service."
