Thinking laterally to provide effective solutions
We always ‘pull out the stops’ and will endeavour to do everything we can to ensure our clients remain fully operational. A recent example of this was with Pave Financial Management (FM), on the day of the move to their new offices a problem with BT meant their phones lines were not live; all they had was a single dial up analogue line. To ensure business continuity, Circle IT setup a clone of their server and hosted their email within our Cardiff data centre allowing Pave FM users to dial into Circle IT’s data centre and continue to send and receive e-mail which meant that they were able to operate their business with minimum disruption.
