Going that extra mile
We always ‘pull out the stops’ and will endeavor to do everything we can to ensure our clients remain fully operational. A recent example of this was with Pave FM, on the day of the move to their new offices a problem with BT meant their phones lines were not live, all they had was a single dial up analogue line. To ensure business continuity, Circle IT setup a clone of their server and hosted their email at no cost, allowing PAVE FM users to dial up in to Circle IT’s data centre and continue to send and receive e-mail which meant that they were able to operate their business with minimum disruption.
